HR Technology Partners, a company Todd Asevedo founded in 2001, is unique among companies serving the HR domain. Since its inception HRTP has grown to become a leading supplier of software solutions and strategy to small and mid-sized companies around the US. "Our uniqueness comes from fact that we don't work for or with just one software company. We work with ALL of them. We can only have these collaborative relationships with the leading HRMS solutions companies because of the work we have done with them in the past 18 years and the many satisfied customers we have in common."

Todd has been published and/or interviewed in many of the magazines and journals focused on the HRMS industry like HR Magazine, HR Executive Magazine, American Payroll Association Paylink, and IHRIM Journal. He is also a sought after public speaker averaging more than one presentation a month to HR focused audiences as large as 1000 people.

Having worked in almost every area of the Human Resources and Payroll arena Todd has always worked directly with the business issue "owners" in a company to get to the a simple solution quickly. With his lifetime commitment to HRMS Todd was voted onto the Board of Directors of the International Association for Human Resource Information Management (IHRIM) in the Pacific Northwest and has attended or presented at 10 of the last 13 National SHRM conferences.

Todd, an amateur snow boarder, wakesurfer, and Wakeboarder, splits his time between his office and his clients' offices. With a wife and three kids (Joanne, Kelsey 10, Max 8, and Chico 4) he lost control of his free time years ago. Active in his church he also sits on local service committees. "HR has always been a focus for me professionally so a work-life balance is a necessity." After spending thirty years in Southern California he now lives in Bend, Oregon in a small community that keeps a real emphasis on honesty and integrity. "The culture of a small town has been a great inspiration to me in creating HRTP. We were really tired of seeing unscrupulous sales people pushing what their companies made them push without any thought to the small community that is the Human Resources domain and their own reputation."

"I am so lucky to be able to live where I want and work where my clients need me. Most of my time is spent on the phone and utilizing the same type of technology we recommend for our customers."

Todd graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a BA in Law and Society. He followed that with a CPP designation and a designation from HRCI of SPHR (Professional of Human Resources) in 1998. In the 15 years before founding HRTP he was the National Director of HRMS Sales for a large public HRMS vendor and enjoyed senior positions at ADP, Ceridian, Infinium, Best (Abra) Software, Cort Software (nka NuView), and an HRMS Technology Consulting firm.

Dean Gendron , PHR
Vice President of Sales

DG

Dean brings 11+ years working in the human resources, benefit administration, employee relations, PEO (Professional Employer Organizations), payroll, and time & labor software and service industries.  "Though I have experience in many areas of an HR and Payroll department I have seen many changes since the mid-90's in the medium sized companies (200-2500 employees).  What has not changed is the constant of HR, payroll, and time & labor vendors claiming to solve all organizations' critical business issues with their single service offering."

When asked, Why HRTP Dean says," We are uniquely able to provide the best solution by having the ability to bring multiple vendors that fit our clients' exact needs and budget.  We also handle the interfaces.  What more could a customer want?"

"This makes our primary focus listening to our clients and their specific issues and knowing what our various software products capabilities are. I am thrilled that I don't have to concern myself with marketing spin.  If it doesn't fit our clients needs we won't recommend it.

About Dean Gendron, PHR
Dean began his career at ADP in the mid 90's in Atlanta, GA.  He received the prestigious Presidents' Club award 6 of the 7 years in his tenure with ADP.

After that, Dean went to work for the Nation's leader in Workforce Management software solutions and was the #1 sales executive in his first year.

Dean and his family reside in Atlanta, GA, and he has a wife of fourteen years, Susan, and three children- Megan (7), Mitchell (4), and Mattox (5 months).
